Beginning in March 2009, Napa distributed sales management duties among 4 other employees, freeing me up to focus on product development and sourcing for key accounts like Restoration Hardware, Williams Sonoma, Smith & Hawken/Target and others. I focus on helping key accounts grow their sales through the development of unique product offerings that have a high perception of value and attractive retail price points.
